Business online has become a popular way for consumers and suppliers to meet and do successful or less successful business.  Operating any business successfully largely depends of building and maintaining relationship with your customers.  Obviously customers are very cautious about price, quality, and service all the more reason why it is important that you work to develop a good relationship with your customers.  In most supermarkets you will see that they have employed assistants that welcome customers warmly as you walk in the supermarket.  That is what is called relationship building at its core.

The best solution here is transparency.  You need to offer your customers as much information as possible, ranging from the product price, return policy, online payment transactions, insurance etc.
